Ashley Monroe

Ashley Monroe is a country musician and singer who hails from America. The album Satisfied was released in 2007. She was a part of the Pistol Annies band with Angaleena Lambert and Miranda Lambert. Her second album, Like a Rose (2013) is her follow-up. Ashley Monroe performing Blake SheltonIn 2016, she produced The Blade which was another well-received album. Ashley Monroe works as the Assistant village manager of Riverside Illinois. With over fifteen years' work experience, she's served in various positions within the public sector, including five years spent in Iowa City's Deputy City Manager position. The current duties of the Assistant Village Manager are to oversee the operation of the Community Development and Building Department in coordinating grant applications and working on special tasks. Ashley is in charge of running the day-to-day operations of Riverside Village and also for implementing the strategy and vision of elected officials. Prior roles include municipal planning government communications budgeting staff management, collective bargaining and concentration on climate action initiatives. Due to her engagement in the national community and working in communities with populations ranging Ashley has gained an understanding of the complexity of differences and similarities when it comes to the ways public agencies function. Ashley's teaching focuses on the latest methods of public management and leadership, from the viewpoint of an experienced practitioner. Ashley's emphasis on adapting to current challenges and opportunities as well as navigating intergovernmental and community relationships and taking ethical choices gives context to both new professionals as well as those working within public organizations.
